Do you replace Holistiplan/BNA?
No. We act as the automated Intake & Extraction layer. We provide current year data (like expected tax withholdings and taxable wages from paystubs) that make those calculation engines perfectly accurate for your projections.
Do I still need ShareFile/Dropbox?
You still need storage (SharePoint/OneDrive/Box), but you can stop using "Portals" for intake. The Fin Pods Vault is a secure, no-login upload tunnel directly into your existing storage.
Is the extraction automatic?
Yes. As soon as the client uploads a PDF to the Vault, our "Auditable Insights" engine parses it and presents you with the structured data grid, ready for your review and your planning software.
Can I send files to clients?
Coming SoonCurrently in early preview. We are building a "Secure Share" feature that supports password protection, link expiration, and multi-factor authentication (Text/Email/Passkey) for outbound deliverables.
